I'll be honest. When I first saw this spatula design come out of the wood shop, I turned my nose up at it because I didn't care for it's looks. All it took was using it one time and it instantly became my favorite kitchen utensil. If it is within sight, it is what I use when I'm at the stove. This spatula is truly perfect for virtually any task at the range. It has just the right curve, and the handle is very comfortable. You'll have to try it and see for yourself.
